​Residency at Wrongs Covert - 2025

Wrongs is an ancient woodland restoration and development site covering 25 acres along the River Wensum, 12 miles NW of Norwich In East Anglia, UK. 

I was invited to become Wrongs' artist in residence in January 2025 after originally approaching them when sourcing  2m tall straight poles for my Chinese Lantern Tree Longitudinal Study installationproject. As well as successfully sourcing eight hazel poles, I also selected and coppiced them myself . . . with expert instruction.

During my residency to date, I have sourced and deployed a variety of indigenous material and established several ongoing longitudinal study initiatives in the woodland - including a substantial site specific installation, Portal, during the Norfolk and Norwich Festival 2025.
